Greg Cote Show podcast: When Chris thought his Dad was dying, Dolphins-Bills, Greg’s Mike Schur beef

The Greg Cote Show podcast

The new episode of The Greg Cote Show podcast, out now, features a lively discussion of the Miami Dolphins’ battle of the unbeatens against the rival Buffalo Bills on Sunday-- won by Miami 21-19 to make the Fins 3-0 and atop the AFC East.

We also chew on the Marlins and manager Don Mattingly parting ways.

But the emotional linchpin of the latest episode happened a couple of days earlier, when an otherwise happy occasion -- the season-opening jai-alai game for Chris’ Cesta Cyclones -- included an unexpected medical situation involving Greg. Chris calls it the most scared he has ever been in his life. It’s a must-hear for fans of the show.

This is our 41st pod of 2022 and 132nd overall and we welcome you back as always.

Also in the newest episode:

Greg and Chris journey into Miami’s Little Havana and bring you along as they attend a one-man musical and spoken immersive experience called “The Blues Opera,” starring renowned local artist Eric Garcia, a.k.a. “Uncle Scotchy.”

Greg lashes back at TV writer and producer Mike Schur for his recent critical Back In My Day parody on the Le Batard Show.

Would you pay $75,000 and undergo painful surgery to increase your height by three to six inches?

We discuss the Marlins’ push for ace Sandy Alcantara to win the NL Cy Young award.

Also, Brad Pitt gets into the skin-care business, a “YouTube star” names her daughter Malibu Barbie, and the Dad Joke of the Week.
