The Green Bay Packers odds of winning the next Super Bowl? Sports books aren't that confident

You may think the Green Bay Packers showed the NFL that they were poised for a run to the Super Bowl after the 2024 season, and while they haven't been counted out by any means, sports books aren't exactly jumping over themselves to award Green Bay those expectations. In fact, the Packers are barely regarded as a top-third team in the league next year.

FanDuel gives the Packers odds of +2500, tied with Houston and trailing nine other teams (San Francisco, Kansas City, Baltimore, Detroit, Buffalo, Dallas, Cincinnati, Philadelphia and Miami).

It's the equivalent of giving the Packers slightly better than a 3% chance of winning it all. With the odds at +2500, a $10 bet on Green Bay would yield $250 in profit if Green Bay were to bring home the Lombardi Trophy.

DraftKings likes the Packers a little better at +2000, tied with Dallas and Philadelphia but also behind San Francisco, Kansas City, Baltimore, Buffalo, Detroit, Cincinnati and Miami.

Super Bowl LIX will take place in New Orleans at the Caesars Superdome which is, of course, where the Packers won the Super Bowl XXXI after the 1996 season.
