It's graduation season in Greater Gardner. MWCC leads off May 15. What to know if you go

Cue the Pomp and Circumstance. Graduation season will soon be upon us.

The graduates have suffered through their last set of final exams, turned in the last of their books and computers, and celebrated with friends at the prom and a variety of senior events designed to create memories and mark this important transition in their lives.

For the Class of 2024, the graduation ceremony marks the last time the class will be together before the graduates go their separate ways, whether that be work, college or the military.

Here's when Greater Gardner high schools, as well as Mount Wachusett Community College, are holding their events:

Mount Wachusett Community College’s commencement will take place on Wednesday, May 15 at 5 p.m. at Mount Fitness.

Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll will be the commencement speaker. Tickets are required and will be made available to the public once all graduates have collected theirs.
