Graduation dates for Holland-area seniors
With spring break in the rearview, local seniors are preparing to finish off their high school careers.
Local high schools will hold graduations for the class of 2024 starting in late May, with most coming the week before Memorial Day.
Holland Public Schools and Holland Christian will be the first to hold ceremonies, with both set for Tuesday, May 21. Holland Public’s will be at 7 p.m. at Hope College’s DeVos Fieldhouse, 222 Fairbanks Ave. Holland Christian’s is set for 7:30 p.m. at Central Wesleyan Church, 446 W. 40th St.
Zeeland East will be the lone school to host graduation on Wednesday, May 22, with a ceremony at 7 p.m. at DeVos Fieldhouse.
Five local schools have graduation set for Thursday, May 23 — Fennville, Hamilton, Saugatuck, West Ottawa and Zeeland West.
West Ottawa will host commencement at 6:30 p.m. at West Ottawa Stadium. Zeeland West’s ceremony will be at 7 p.m. at DeVos Fieldhouse.

Saugatuck’s graduation is set for 6 p.m. at the high school athletics stadium, while Hamilton and Fennville will both have ceremonies at 7 p.m. at their high schools.
Black River will hold graduation at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 30, at Hope College’s Jack H. Miller Center For Musical Arts, 221 Columbia Ave. iCademy Global will hold its graduation at 6 p.m. Monday, June 3.
