No scrubs here, just a couple of icons modeling for a new Good American campaign!

Good American—y'know, the size-inclusive clothing brand co-founded by Khloe Kardashian and Emma Grede—just launched a new campaign starring the iconic members of TLC, Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas. The campaign, called CrazySexyGood (inspired by the 1994 TLC album, CrazySexyCool, obviously), features the women modeling Good American’s best-selling denim, puffers, and Better Than Leather collection.

Cosmopolitan chatted with T-Boz and Chilli about teaming up with Good American, their personal style evolutions, and how their 1999 single "Unpretty" influenced the campaign.

"When Good American approached us to collaborate on this campaign, it was an absolute no brainer—their message of empowering women is everything we’ve always stood for as a group," shares Chilli. "It’s rare to see a brand like Good American so unapologetically preaching that women don’t need to change their bodies, their style, or who they are to be considered ‘sexy’, and this is something that has always been important to us as well."

TLC modeled several items from Good American for the campaign, but of course, they have their faves. For T-Boz, it's all about the leather: "Leather is also such a classic look and I love how comfortable and sleek Good American’s Better Than Leather collection is." Chilli shared that she loves the Good '90s jeans because "they are so reminiscent of when we were first making moves in our career and they are still such a timeless look today."

Fans of TLC (so...basically everyone) remember some of the group's iconic '90s fits. For Gen Z'ers out there, trust me, they were doing the big-pants-tiny-shirt thing before anyone else.

"We were all tomboys back then, and that was reflected a lot in our personal style," T-Boz said. "We strived to be trendsetters and push the envelope when it came to our fashion and what it meant for girls to be 'sexy.' We always wanted to prove to young women that wearing an oversized tee and baggy jeans can still be sexy—because sexy is a feeling of confidence that comes from within!"

"There is always a new fashion trend, and styles come back around constantly, which is why having your own style is so important," adds Chilli. "I always feel my best when I’m comfortable, and most times that’s a great pair of loose jeans and sneakers."

Both members of TLC shared thoughts on the pervasive harm of unrealistic beauty standards. It's a theme that's explored in their 1999 single "Unpretty," which, turns out, had a pretty significant influence on the CrazySexyGood campaign.

"The lyrics and message of 'Unpretty' represent something that was, and still is, very significant. We want to empower women to be strong, and confident in their own skin and know that you don’t have to look, act, or speak in one particular way to be 'pretty,'" explains Chilli. "Like 'Unpretty', this campaign empowers women to be their authentic selves, and shares the message that you do not have to meet unrealistic beauty standards."

"The message that we hope to convey through 'Unpretty' and this campaign is to be confident, resilient, and not to let hurtful comments change who you are," adds T-Boz.

Of working with TLC, here's what Good American co-founder and CEO Emma Grede has to say: "Having paved the way in both music and fashion, as well as acting as trailblazers on social matters, TLC represents the Good American woman in the best possible way, which is why it felt so natural for us to celebrate them with this campaign."

And now that the campaign has officially launched, what's next for TLC? "We have a lot of exciting stuff in the pipeline, but this campaign really was a highlight for us," Chilli shared. T-Boz adds, "We’re also really looking forward to a few more shows we have through the end of the year and will definitely be packing our Good American faves to bring on the road with us!"

K, so we won't go chasing waterfalls, but we will go chasing these 'fits!
