Goldie Hawn Shows Off Her Sculpted Body at 76 and Intense Workout on Instagram

Goldie Hawn has a special way of approaching things in life that is just so awesome and empowering. The 76-year-old regularly drops content on Instagram that shows her singing and dancing, making this star's lifestyle and outlook a total mood.

Well, in true Goldie fashion, she just dropped a video on Instagram that shows her discussing the perks of exercise—and it’ll make you want to work up a sweat ASAP. In the video, Goldie can be seen jumping on a trampoline while wearing a black tank top and spandex biker shorts, which show off her seriously strong legs. Cut to Goldie holding a few bottles of (open) wine as weights and then going for a walk. Finally, she wraps things up by doing deep breathing on her yoga mat.

Goldie did the post as part of #MindUP, the signature program of her Goldie Hawn Foundation, which is designed to help give people the tools they need to deal with stress. “We all know the physical benefits of exercise but it can also profoundly impact our mental health in an amazing way,” Goldie wrote in the caption.

People cheered her on in the comments. “I’ve loved Goldie my whole life and this kind of stuff is why! Repurposing wine. Brilliant!” one person wrote in the comments. “Go Goldie 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏,” said another.

This is hardly the first time Goldie has showed off her impressive trampoline toning moves. Back in 2020, she dropped a video of herself going hard on her trampoline, set to Dua Lipa’s “Physical.” These "rebounding" or "rebounder" workouts on little at-home trampolines are a major calorie torcher while also helping with your cardio endurance. Plus, it’s low-impact and a lot easier on your joints, which I'm sure Goldie already knows!

Goldie is also just active every day. She shared a video last year of herself spontaneously dancing on the street with her son Wyatt:

Goldie told People that exercise is important to her. “I walk every day and I run and do all kinds of that,” she said. “If I don’t have an hour, I’ll do 15-minute intervals.” Sometimes, a little bit goes a long way.

She also tries to eat healthy, and keeps her meals light and simple. “I don’t mix my foods too much,” she said. “So if I want to have protein, I’ll just eat a bowl of lentils, I won’t mix it with a bunch of stuff.”
