'Golden Bachelor' Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist Were Spotted Scouting a Wedding Location

Golden Bachelor star Gerry Turner is officially engaged to Theresa Nist, and these two are wasting no time getting married—specifically in a televised ceremony on ABC.

And if you're wondering where said wedding is going to take place, it looks like the location might be at La Quinta Resort & Club in California—at least according to spoiler source Reality Steve, who posted photos of Gerry and Theresa checking out the venue and tweeted "this is where their live wedding will be taking place."

Gerry and Theresa only have a few weeks to plan their wedding, which is schedule to take place January 4 on ABC. As Gerry explained it on ATFR (right after ABC gave him and Theresa a free vacation), "We can use that as our honeymoon trip, because we're going to get married, we're going to do it as quickly as we can, because at our age we don't have a lot of time to waste."

He reiterated this sentiment to Entertainment Tonight, saying "When you get to this age, every moment is precious and you don't want to waste them. Now we've got a date out there that we can look forward to, rather than every day that we had to keep it secret. It's a total different mindset."

As for where these two will live, Theresa said "On the first date, he spoke to me about possibly moving to the Charleston area. I said, 'Well, wow.' I have a son who lives in South Carolina. I said, 'That would work.' It wasn't until the Fantasy Suite that the conversation came back to that and we realized South Carolina is probably where we're going."
