A glamping resort coming to Zion National Park offers direct park access. Take a look
A new glamping resort is coming to Zion National Park in Utah for those who want to experience the scenic park but don’t want to rough it.
“Spend the day exploring the Narrows, hiking Angel’s Landing, or enjoying the scenic canyon drive,” the website states. “This Southwestern destination offers something for everyone, from basking in the sun beside the Virgin River right on our property to trying out canyoneering among the sandstone cliffs.”
AutoCamp Zion opens in May, and the glamping company is already accepting bookings.
The 16-acre resort boasts of luxury Airstream suites, chic canvas tents, a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a midcentury modern meeting and event space called the Clubhouse, according to AutoCamp’s website.
The resort is nestled into the iconic red-rock landscape on the Virgin River just outside Zion National Park, the website states.
The new location is modeled after existing AutoCamp resorts near Yosemite and Joshua Tree national parks. Guests who stay at the resort can spend time around community fire pits and lounging areas, take a ride around the property with complimentary mountain bikes, and enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and Wi-Fi, the website says.
Each suite can accommodate between four and six guests. Pricing depends on the type of accommodation, with the most basic Airstream suites starting at $299 per night.
