Girls soccer: Check out where our Section 9 champs are playing in states

The New York State public high school girls soccer tournament gets underway this week, with quarterfinals at the end of the week and the Final Four held in the Cortland region on Nov. 11-12.

The six Section 9 champions are Monroe-Woodbury (Class AAA), Valley Central (Class AA), Our Lady of Lourdes (Class A), James I. O'Neill (Class B), Mount Academy (Class C) and Livingston Manor (Class D).

Monroe-Woodbury, Our Lady of Lourdes, James I. O'Neill, Mount Academy and Livingston Manor were the No. 1 seeds in sectionals; Valley Central was a No. 2.
