‘Germany’s Next Top Model’ star Kasia Lenhardt dead at 25 after split from soccer pro Jérôme Boateng

Model Kasia Lenhardt, a former contestant on “Germany’s Next Top Model,” died Tuesday at age 25, German newspaper Bild reported.

Lenhardt, who recently ended a relationship with soccer star Jérôme Boateng, was found lifeless in her home around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, the newspaper reported.

“There are no indications of third-party negligence,” police in Berlin reportedly said, adding that the death appeared to be a tragic suicide.

“Rest in peace. You wonderful person, I miss you and would have liked to say goodbye. I hope you find your peace now,” friend and fellow model Sara Kulka wrote on Instagram.

“I will never forget you, I don’t know anyone who could laugh like you,” the fellow contestant on “Germany’s Next Model” wrote.

Born in Poland, Lenhardt reached No. 4 in the seventh season of the German version of Heidi Klum’s reality competition show in 2012.

Lenhardt is survived by a young son.

Her separation from Boateng was announced Feb. 2, Bild reported.
