George Clooney and Wife Amal Look Like a Bride and Groom During Date Night Out
George Clooney and his wife Amal Clooney are still completely smitten with each other, even after almost nine years of marriage.
In new photos from a date night in Italy on Thursday, Aug. 31, the married couple looked like newlyweds while stepping out for the DVF Awards during the 80th Venice International Film Festival.
As seen in the glamorous snaps, Amal, 45, channelled wedding vibes while donning a lace maxi dress in a soft shade of blush pink. The elegant garment—which also featured a sheer tulle skirt overlay—was paired with some metallic sandals and silver dropped earrings.
For his part, the Ticket to Paradise actor looked dapper as ever, wearing an all-black suit that perfectly complemented his salt and pepper hair.
The Oscar winner, 62, appeared to be doting on his wife, per usual, while holding her hand as they made their way into the event.
The sighting comes less than a month before the spouses will be celebrating their ninth wedding anniversary in late September, making the bride and groom energy they were giving off with their outfits even more fitting for the occasion.

George and Amal tied the knot back in 2014, and together they share 6-year-old twins Ella and Alexander.
Amal, a human rights attorney, was honored with the Leadership Award at Thursday night's prestigious ceremony, where designer Diane von Furstenberg and The Diller-von Furstenberg Family Foundation recognize extraordinary women in their fields.
Amal was named among this year's leadership award recipients, along with four other women, including YouTuber Lilly Singh.
