Geordie Shore star Kyle Christie has announced his engagement to long-time partner Vicky Turner.

The reality star, who welcomed a baby boy with Vicky in 2021, popped the question during a romantic boat excursion along the Amalfi Coast in Italy.

Announcing the happy news via Instagram, Kyle shared a sweet video of him getting down on one knee to ask Vicky the all-important question before she excitedly accepted.

"Mr & Mrs Christie coming soon…here's to forever," he captioned the post.

Their friends, family and Kyle's former Geordie Shore co-stars were quick to offer their congratulations in the comments, with his former flame Holly Hagan writing: "Absolutely beautiful, congratulations!! Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness."

Charlotte Crosby wrote: "Congrats to you and Vicky!"

Vicky Pattison added: "Omg!!! Congratulations you two!!! This is beautiful."

Meanwhile, James Tindale wrote in the comments section: "Absolutely love this! The best proposal for the best couple. Congratulations @kylecgshore @vickelizabethx you smashed this mind Kyle. Now to plan the best STAG DO."

In other Geordie Shore news, Holly, who Kyle split from in 2017, recently welcomed her first child with footballer husband Jacob Blyth.

Holly announced the news on social media in June and revealed her baby boy's name — Alpha-Jax Blyth.

On her Instagram Stories, Holly shared: "He's here! We’re doing amazing! Huge thank you to the incredible staff at Wythenshawe Hospital[.] I couldn’t have wished for a better birth experience! Just enjoying our little baby bubble."

Meanwhile, fellow Geordie Shore star Marnie Simpson finally married X Factor star Casey Johnson earlier this year after their wedding was initially postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
