The network has given the green light to General Hospital: 60 Years of Stars and Storytelling, an hourlong special that’s set to air on Thursday, Jan. 4 at 10 pm/ET (immediately following The Golden Wedding) and stream the next day on Hulu.

Per ABC, the “television event” will feature interviews with current GH cast members Maurice Benard (Sonny), Jane Elliot (Tracy), Genie Francis (Laura), Finola Hughes (Anna), Kelly Monaco (Sam) and Laura Wright (Carly), among others TBA, as well as well as notable alums Rick Springfield (ex-Noah) and Amber Tamblyn (ex-Emily).

In addition to interviews, the special will “pull back the curtain on six decades in Port Charles” via “behind-the-scenes moments, bloopers [and] a special fan tribute.” It will also feature appearances by Dancing With the Stars vet Val Chmerkovskiy and ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith.

GH, which premiered on April 1, 1963, is the longest-running scripted drama and the longest-running American soap opera currently in production.
