Gabrielle Union & Tracee Ellis Ross Post Dueling Bikini Pictures on Instagram in Honor of Their Shared Birthday

In case you missed it, two queens recently honored each other on their shared birthday.

Birthday twins Gabrielle Union and Tracee Ellis Ross wished one another a happy birthday by posting tributes on Instagram—complete with gorgeous bikini pics.

Element 1

First, Union shared a snap of Ross basking in the sun and wrote, "We've been on this journey called life together and I couldn't be more proud and grateful to share our birthday with the baddest of the bad, the sharpest of the sharp and the beautiful-est of the beautiful!! Happy Birthday @traceeellisross."

In the pic, the actress lounges on a wooden folding picnic table, which appears to be sitting in her backyard. She's wearing a black two-piece with matching Nike sneakers, while her hair is pulled up into a sleek bun.

Several stars, including Ludacris, Miguel and Raven Gooodwin, showed their love in the comments. Goodwin responded, "Happy Birthday ladies [heart emojis] love you forever!" And comedian Sarah Jones wrote, "Happy birthday Gabgoddess!! (And yes, you and @traceeellisross are the best of all possible star sisters)."

Ross soon followed suit by sharing one of Union's summer bikini pics. She wrote, "@gabunion you are a shining and beautiful light. I love being your birthday twin. You are a force, an inspiration and one of the only people who can get me to turn up. I love inhabiting a world and an industry with you. Happy Birthday you glorious being!!"

Element 2

In the photo, Union is having the best time as she enjoys a dip in her backyard pool, rocking a striped bikini and impressive space buns. Considering their trendy swimwear and stylish 'dos, these ladies clearly have a lot more in common than their birthday.

The actresses previously co-starred in the 2007 film Daddy's Little Girls, and it looks like their real-life friendship has only blossomed since then. Here's hoping that these fabulous birthday twins will get to collaborate on another film in the (not-so-distant) future.
