Framingham police have identified the man whose body was found in Fenwick Street home

FRAMINGHAM Authorities on Thursday have identified the person found dead last week in a Fenwick Street home.

Brooks Hood, 27, was a Bridgeport, Connecticut, resident, according to the Middlesex District Attorney's Office.

The state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has yet to rule on a cause or manner of death, according to the District Attorney's Office, which has termed the death "suspicious."

Authorities last week reponded to the Fenwick Street home at 6 p.m. on April 10 after receiving an anonymous 911 call. They found Hood dead inside the home. According to the District Attorney's Office, the man had "apparent trauma to his body."
