Four masseuses arrested in latest undercover Chesterfield operations at massage parlors

CHESTER — Four more people have been arrested in Chesterfield Police’s ongoing investigations into illicit activity at massage parlors across the county.

These latest arrests happened at two businesses in the Enon area — Massage for You at 1710 E. Hundred Road, and International Spa at 247 E. Hundred Road. Police spokeswoman Elizabeth Caroon said at both locations, a masseuse solicited an undercover detective for sexual acts at an additional cost.

Arrested were Huayan Zhang, 44, and Quiyan Zhang, 42, at Massage for You; and Yujuan Zhang, 41, and QiuhongYan, 58, at International Spa. Caroon said all four women have addresses in Flushing, New York.

Huayan and Quiyan Zhang are sisters who reside in Chester.

Huayan has been charged with keeping/residing in a bawdy place and prostitution, as well as performing a massage without a license.

Quiyan, who owns Massage For You, was charged with keeping/residing in a bawdy place and allowing unlicensed massages.

Yujuan was charged with keeping/residing in a bawdy place and prostitution. Qiuhong was charged with unlicensed massaging.

Police in the county have been cracking down on reports of prostitution in massage parlors since the end of February. Several arrests have been made in what authorities believe may be part of a Chinese-led crime ring operation in Chesterfield.
