Saturday’s Missouri, Kansas football playoff scores: Liberty North falls short in semis
Christian Brothers College broke open a football game that was close at halftime with a second-half barrage in Liberty Saturday afternoon, downing Liberty North 46-21 in the Missouri high school semifinals for Class 6.
CBC will play Lee’s Summit North for the state’s Class 6 championship at 4 p.m. next Saturday at Faurot Field on the University of Missouri campus in Columbia.
Lee’s Summit North, Gardner Edgerton (Kansas Class 6A), Mill Valley (Kansas 5A) and Bishop Miege (Kansas 4A) all advanced to state championship games in their respective classes Friday night.
