Former Cincinnati Bengals tight end Hayden Hurst diagnosed with post-traumatic amnesia
UPDATE: Hayden Hurst posted an update Thursday morning saying he suffered a concussion from a hit against the Chicago Bears and couldn't remember up to four hours after the game.
I appreciate everyone reaching out & checking on me. I suffered a pretty nasty concussion against the Bears a few weeks ago & don't remember up to 4 hours after the game. Scary situation but the Panthers have been incredible walking me through this process.

Hurst played for the Bengals in the 2022 season and played a significant role in the offense that went to the AFC championship game. With the Bengals, Hurst caught 52 passes for 414 yards and two touchdowns.
Following his successful year in Cincinnati, Hurst signed a three-year, $21 million contract with the Carolina Panthers this offseasaon. Hurst has missed the Panthers’ last three games since suffering the concussion.
