World's Largest Wedding Cake Record Holder Dreams Up Next Big Thing

It took Lynn Mansel, the executive pastry chef at Mohegan Sun, 10,000 pounds of cake batter and nearly 5,000 pounds of frosting to create a seven-tiered, frosted behemoth weighing over 15,000 pounds. His creation broke the record in the Guinness Book of World Records for the "World's Largest Wedding Cake" in 2004.

"I was bored after that, so now I created a gingerbread house that is 28 feet high and has two rooms inside that all the guests at Mohegan Sun can walk through," Mansel shares.
