Winter Greens Salad

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup thinly sliced seeded kumquat
  • 7 cup radicchio, endives and watercress


1. Whisk olive oil with red wine vinegar and honey; season with salt and pepper. Add kumquats and chopped radicchio, endives and watercress. Toss well and serve.
