Verde Enchilada Casserole


  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Creamy Chicken Verde Soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cup cubed cooked chicken
  • 4 flour tortillas (8-inch), cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


MIX soup, water, garlic powder and chicken. Stir in tortillas.

SPREAD in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with cheese. Cover.

BAKE at 350ºF. 25 min. or until hot.

TIP: Serve with a tomato salad: tomato wedges with chopped fresh basil and Italian vinaigrette on lettuce cups. For dessert serve grapes.
