Tuscan Bread Salad
- 0.25 cup prepared fat free red wine vinaigrette dressing
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain Seasoned Croutons
- 2 medium tomato, diced (about 2 cups)
- 0.5 cup cubed fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onion, thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup)
- 6 fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips or torn into small pieces
Pour the dressing into a medium bowl. Add the croutons, tomatoes, cheese, onions and basil and toss to coat.
