Ingredients
- 1 package (9.5 ounce) Pepperidge Farm® Mozzarella Monterey Jack Texas Toast, baked according to package directions
- 6 tbsp refried beans
- 6 tbsp <a href="http://www.campbellskitchen.com/" target="blank">Pace® Chunky Salsa</a>
- 6 tbsp sour cream
- 1 medium green onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
Directions
Spread 1 tablespoon refried beans on each toast slice. Bake in the heated 425°F. oven for 2 minutes or until the refried beans are hot.
Top the toast slices with the salsa, sour cream and green onion.
