Tastykake Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 butterscotch krimpets
  • 1 stale kaiser bun
  • 2 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup half and half
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • fresh-grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 oz Scotch whiskey

Directions

Cube krimpets and the kaiser bun. Next, in a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, egg yolks, scotch, sugar, salt, heavy cream, half and half, cinnamon, nutmeg and whisk. When everything is mixed well, add bread and mix. Finally, in a buttered baking dish, add mixture and bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
