Sweet and Sour Meatball Sauce
This sauce is tangy guys, so perfectly sweet and sour, it takes some time to make so do it the night before your party or the morning of, just make sure to let it simmer the entire 45 minutes.
- 0.75 cup balsamic vinegar
- 0.75 cup ketchup
- 0.33 cup brown sugar
- 0.25 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan mix all the ingredients together and bring to a bowl over medium-high heat. Let boil for a minute or so and then reduce the heat to medium-low and let simmer for 30-45 minutes, stir it every so often. The sauce will become thick and the vinegar will loose a little of its bite.
- Once the sauce is done pour it over your already cooked Farm Rich original meatballs and serve
