Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 21/2 tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 small shallot, minced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced parsley
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
1. In a bowl, whisk the vinegar, marmalade, water, honey, paprika and shallot. Slowly whisk in the oil. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
