Skillet Sweet & Tangy Pork Chops
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 pork chops, 1/2
- 1 Can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or 25% Less Sodium)
- 1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cup hot cooked rice
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
ADD soup, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
