Skillet Sweet & Tangy Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 pork chops, 1/2
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) <a href="http://www.campbellskitchen.com/" target="blank">Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or 25% Less Sodium)</a>
  • 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cup hot cooked rice

Directions

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.

ADD soup, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
