  • 6 carrots
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1 cup loosely packed spinach
  • 1 red jalapeño, seeded (optional)

Directions

  1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  2. Juice all ingredients.
