Scrambled Eggs With Smoked-Salmon
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 egg, beaten
- 4 Tbsp cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp chives, chopped
- salt and pepper
Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beaten eggs, cream cheese, chopped chives, and salt and pepper. Whisk until just set.
- toasted whole-grain bread
- smoked salmon
Serve on toasted whole-grain bread with smoked salmon.
