Roast Chicken Sandwiches with Tapenade
- 4 tsp prepared tapenade
- 4 slice Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread, toasted
- 0.5 cup arugula leaves
- 6 Ounce sliced roasted chicken breast
- 6 tomato slice
Spread the tapenade on 2 bread slices. Top with the arugula, chicken, tomato and remaining bread slices.
Tip: This recipe can be halved to make 1 serving.
