Ingredients
- 4 tsp prepared tapenade
- 4 slice <a href="http://www.campbellskitchen.com/" target="blank">Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread</a>, toasted
- 1/2 cup arugula leaves
- 6 oz sliced roasted chicken breast
- 6 tomato slice
Directions
Spread the tapenade on 2 bread slices. Top with the arugula, chicken, tomato and remaining bread slices.
Tip: This recipe can be halved to make 1 serving.
