Quick Glazed Pork & Rice Skillet
- 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4
- 1.75 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic)
- 0.75 cup apricot preserves or 0.75 cup of orange marmalade
- 1 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 2 cup uncooked instant white rice
COOK chops in nonstick skillet until browned. Remove chops.
ADD broth, preserves and mustard. Heat to a boil.
STIR in rice. Top with chops. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.
