Peanut Butter Banana Toast with Granola and Honey

This is the best breakfast, after school snack or emergency dinner: Toast with peanut butter, bananas, honey and granola. Crunchy, creamy, sweet and satisfying!


  • 4 slices hearty multigrain or wheat bread
  • 4 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • Small handful granola


  1. Toast bread and spread with peanut butter. Top with banana slices, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with granola. Enjoy immediately and give yourself a high five.
