Oodles of Pasta & Chicken

  • 3.5 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup uncooked corkscrew-shaped pasta
  • 1 cup uncooked mini lasagna noodle-shaped pasta (mafalda) or egg noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli flowerets
  • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
  • chopped fresh parsley


MIX broth, garlic powder and carrot in saucepan. Heat to a boil.

ADD pastas. Cook over medium heat 10 min.

ADD broccoli and chicken. Cook 5 min. or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Sprinkle with parsley.
