Mulled Apple Cider
- 1 orange, peeled and cut crosswise
- Ginger root (approx. 2 inch section), peeled and cut into 6 pieces
- 8 cup apple cider
- 0.5 cup Sugar In The Raw® (or ½ cup Stevia In The Raw®)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- whole cloves
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot and mix well. Simmer on stovetop for 20 minutes over medium-low heat. To serve, strain the hot cider and pour into a decorative pitcher.
