This chia seed smoothie tastes so creamy and rich, you'll think it's a milkshake!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 11/2 cup almond milk
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 of a medium avocado
- Ice cubes to taste
Directions
- Place the chia seeds and almond milk in the bottom of a blender and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
