Leftover Cranberry Sauce Parfaits
Not sure what to do with leftover cranberry sauce? Make a parfait! Leftover cranberry sauce tastes wonderful layered with yogurt, honey and granola for a special Thanksgiving leftover breakfast treat.
- 0.67 cup plain or vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp leftover cranberry sauce, to taste
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Granola or cereal
- In a parfait glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt, a drizzle of honey, a few spoonfuls of cranberry sauce, then sprinkle with granola. Repeat with a second layer of yogurt, honey and granola. Serve and enjoy!
