- 1 Tbsp plus 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 0.5 tsp chopped thyme
- 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1. In a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice with the lemon zest, honey and thyme. Whisk in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
