Ingredients

  • 7 6-7 lemongrass dials
  • 11/2 oz BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin
  • 1 oz honeydew puree
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz honey simple syrup

Directions

To make the honey simple syrup, mix 2 parts honey to one part water. Bring this mixture to 220 degrees.

Muddle lemongrass, add all remaining ingredients.

Shake and serve in a martini glass.
