This cozy drink has everything you love about s’mores. Its combination of cocoa and chocolate makes it super rich and thick. Halving the graham cracker lengthwise can be tricky, so if you prefer, just serve the cracker with the hot chocolate and dunk it as you drink.
Sugar In The Raw®
natural unsweetened cocoa powder
good quality dark (60-65 percent) chocolate, chopped
reduced-fat (2 percent) milk
marshmallows, halved crosswise
Place the Sugar In The Raw®, cocoa powder, chocolate, and 1/4 cup of the milk in a small saucepan. Set the pot over medium heat and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, until the mixture is smooth, about 4 minutes. Do not let it boil.
Add the remaining milk and cook, stirring, until it is hot. Pour the hot chocolate into a mug, preferably clear glass. Add the marshmallows. Add the graham cracker as a stirrer or alongside the hot chocolate.
