This Healthy Cinnamon Plum Smoothie recipe is dairy-free, banana-free and 100% fruit! This is the best way to balance your diet if you had a few too many cookies (or slices of pie).

Ingredients

  • 3 large plums, pitted and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup natural apple juice
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, according to taste
  • A handful of ice cubes
