Halloween Cat Eyes Jigglers

This tasty Halloween treat is a real crowd pleaser and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 11/4 cup boiling tonic water (do not add cold water)
  • 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
  • 4 red grapes, cut into sixths

Directions

  1. Spray 24 mini muffin pan cups with cooking spray; set aside Add boiling tonic water carefully to gelatin mixes in large bowl (gelatin will foam); stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Skim off any residual foam.
  2. Spoon 1 tsp. of gelatin into each mini muffin cup.
  3. Place grape piece in the center.
  4. Chill 5 min. Spoon remaining gelatin over grapes.
  5. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

 

Substitute
Substitute boiling water for the tonic water.
