This Fresh Figs Strawberry and Banana Smoothie is perfect when you have all the fruits in season. Using seasoning fruits adds to the nutrition and makes the dish like the smoothie taste finger licking delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh figs
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • sugar or honey to taste
  • some ice cubes

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together using a blender until smooth and well ground. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
