Blueberry-Lemon Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 14.125 Ounce JELL-O no bake lemon meringue pie dessert mix
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 cup PLANTERS slivered almond
  • 2 cup blueberry

Directions

  1. MIX Crust, butter, sugar and nuts; spread onto parchment-covered baking sheet. Bake 5 to 6 min. or until toasted; cool. Meanwhile, prepare Filling and Meringue Topping as directed on package.
  2. SPOON Filling into 12 dessert dishes; top with Crust mixture, berries and Meringue Topping.
  3. REFRIGERATE 1 hour.
