Blackberry Buttermilk Smoothies

Buttermilk takes the place of yogurt in this healthy, tangy, ultra-simple blackberry smoothie.
- 1 cup chilled blackberries
- 1 cup chilled buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp honey
- pinch of salt
- Combine the chilled blackberries with ?the chilled buttermilk, honey and salt ?in a blender and puree until the mixture ?is smooth. Refrigerate until well-chilled, about 15 minutes. Pour the smoothies ?into tall glasses and serve.
