Berry Green Smoothie

When putting the ingredients in your blender, layer the ingredients softest to hardest (frozen). So for this berry green smoothie, add the avocado and spinach first. Then add the frozen fruit and lastly, the almond milk and a drizzle of raw agave.


  • 1.5 cup vanilla almond milk (or soy milk, cow's milk, coconut water or plain water)
  • 2 cup baby spinach
  • 2 cup frozen fruit (used the strawberry, banana, peach blend)
  • 2 Tbsp avocados
  • 1 tsp raw agave


  1. Place all ingredients into blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrap down sides and blend for another 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy!

Notes: Store leftover smoothie covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
