Berry Cream Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches
- whole-grain bread
- 0.5 cup berry, for each piece of toast you will eat
- cream cheese
1: Toast the bread. (I didn’t take a picture of this). Did you know I don’t actually own a toaster? I own a toaster oven. But no toaster. The toaster oven works fine.
2: Spread the bread with cream cheese! I softened mine a little bit beforehand by keeping it in my pocket. If you buy this stuff in tubs, it frequently either has water added or is whipped to make it more spreadable. Both of these options result in you buying less cream cheese. But, if you want spreadable on demand, that’s the choice we make.
3: Apply the berries. Press down gently with your fingers to embed the berries a little bit in the cream cheese. Otherwise they will roll off and you will be sad. Not that I found out from personal experience, or anything.
