- 1 cup Swanson® Chicken Stock
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
- generous dash ground black pepper
Stir the stock, lemon juice, basil, thyme and black pepper in a small bowl. Use the stock mixture to baste chicken, fish or pork during grilling.
