Basting Sauce

  • 1 cup Swanson® Chicken Stock
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • generous dash ground black pepper


Stir the stock, lemon juice, basil, thyme and black pepper in a small bowl. Use the stock mixture to baste chicken, fish or pork during grilling.
