Ingredients
- 1 cup <a href="http://www.campbellskitchen.com/" target="blank">Swanson® Chicken Stock</a>
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
- generous dash ground black pepper
Directions
Stir the stock, lemon juice, basil, thyme and black pepper in a small bowl. Use the stock mixture to baste chicken, fish or pork during grilling.
