Baked Pepperoni Chips

These chips make a fun snack food for those avoiding carbs, grains, and gluten.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced pepperoni

Directions

  1. Line cookie sheet with foil.
  2. Place sliced pepperoni on cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
  3. Let pepperoni drain on a paper towel, and the oil dry out a bit before serving.
