1. Heat the oven to 400°F. Place the chicken into a roasting pan.
2. Bake for 30 minutes. Pour the enchilada sauce over the chicken.
3. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, occasionally basting the chicken with the sauce.
4. Stir the sauce in the pan and serve over the chicken.
Ingredient Note: If desired, you can remove the skin from the chicken before baking.
