Baked Chicken Fingers
- 1 Pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D, melt
- 3 cup whole grain wheat flakes cereal, crushed OR whole grain bread crumbs
- 1 cup Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce, heated
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Toss chicken with Spread in large bowl, then evenly coat with cereal. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with Pasta Sauce.
